Design of the mold starts already with the design of the injection molding form when it is necessary to consider the material, type, and placement of gate and impact of the injection molding form on the mold complexity. In many cases it is possible to simplify the injection molding without an impact on its function or appearance and to significantly decrease the complexity and price of the mold and also of the injection molding thanks to this.

In 2007 we purchased the modern machining center DMU 50 Evo from the firm Deckel-Maho-Gildemeister with the help of European Funds. We have completed this very precise and quick five-axis machining center by an efficient SW for programming and thus essentially speeded up production of molds and electrodes for spark erosion work.

Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) is a technology, which removes the material by small electrical discharges. Either a shaping electrode from copper or graphite (electro spark sinking) or a brass wire (electro spark cutting) can be the tool. The main benefit of this technology is the possibility to machine very hard materials with high accuracy and surface quality. This kind of machining with the support of CNC management enables the creation of very complicated shapes. Our tool shop is equipped with the Sodick AG400 wire cutter and the Charmilles Roboform 31 sinking machine.

Our molding plant is equipped with modern injection molding machines of the DUO range from the firm Engel. These machines with computer-managed settings and measuring of all important parameters (full CNC) guarantee outstanding stability and reproducibility. Moreover, the DUO range guarantees extraordinary precise closing of the mold and split of pressures into individual guideposts thanks to the subtle construction of hydraulic circuits.
